At Limitless Supply, every piece is crafted, checked, and shipped with care. As an independent, self-managed brand based in Italy, shipping times may vary depending on demand, production, and location.

  • All items are processed and prepared by hand.

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days (depending on product availability and order volume).

  • During drops, launches, and high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 


You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and courier rates.

 

 

 

CUSTOMS & TAXES

 


International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country.

 

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The buyer is responsible for any additional fees.

WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

 


Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

 

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

 

 

 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

 


We are not responsible for:

 

  • packages lost by the courier

  • stolen packages

  • packages marked as “delivered”

 


If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

 

 

 

PRE-ORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

 


Some drops may include PRE-ORDER or MADE-TO-ORDER pieces.

 

  • Production time: 2–4 weeks (depending on manufacturer)

  • Shipping begins once production is completed
